1. Digital Delivery Only
All our products are digital files. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.
2. When You Receive Your Files
- Instantly after payment: download links appear on the order confirmation page.
- By email: a copy of the download links is sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
- In your account: files stay in My Account → Downloads so you can download them again.
In rare cases (for example a payment confirmation delay from the bank), delivery can take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your files within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will send them immediately.
3. Custom Design Orders
Custom designs are delivered by email or WhatsApp. The delivery time is agreed with you before work starts, usually 2–7 working days depending on the work.
