Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sunklick Creatives is a sole proprietorship based in Chotobazar, Midnapore Town, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal 721101, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sunklick Creatives; “you” means the person using sunklickcreatives.in.

1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

Everything we sell (God photos, wall art, backgrounds, album designs, posters, flex designs, LUTs and video templates) is a digital file delivered instantly by download. Once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned or “un-downloaded” — you keep a full copy of it. For this reason we do not offer refunds on any purchase, including change of mind, buying the wrong item or no longer needing the file.

2. Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

  • Digital files are delivered the moment payment succeeds and can be copied and used immediately.
  • A downloaded file cannot be taken back, so a refund would mean giving the product away for free.
  • Every product page shows preview images, file details and, for packs, demo files so you can check exactly what you get before paying.

3. Please Check Before You Buy

  • Look at all preview images and open “View Demo Files” on packs.
  • Check the file type (PSD, JPG, PNG), size and software needed.
  • If you are not sure, message us on WhatsApp before buying — we’re happy to help.

4. If Something Goes Wrong

  • File not received: if your payment succeeded but you did not get the download, contact us and we will deliver the files to you.
  • File damaged or not as described: we will fix the file or replace it with the correct one.
  • Payment failed: if money was deducted but the order shows failed, the amount is returned automatically by your bank or the payment gateway, usually within 5–7 working days.
  • Charged twice for the same order: the extra payment is returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Cancellation

  • Ready-made files: delivered instantly, so orders cannot be cancelled after payment. Unpaid or failed orders are cancelled automatically.
  • Custom design orders: can be cancelled before work starts. Once work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
